• Bluetooth device data: connected Frame64 device information (device identifier) required for setup and communication.

• Manage your user account and authentication.
• Allow you to share photos with your Frame64 digital frames.
• Facilitate social connections between users (friends).
• Establish Bluetooth connections with your Frame64 devices.
• Improve and maintain the functioning of the App.

The processing of your data is based on your consent when creating an account and using the App, as well as on the execution of the service we provide.

5. Device Permissions

The App requests the following permissions:

• Camera: to take photos to share on your Frame64 digital frames.
• Microphone: to record videos.
• Photo library: to select existing photos and save images.
• Bluetooth: to discover, connect, and configure your Frame64 devices.

These permissions are only requested when necessary and you can revoke them at any time from your device settings.

6. Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. Photos are stored on cloud storage servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your photos are only visible to users you choose (friends) and on the Frame64 devices you configure.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as you keep your account active. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

10. Tracking and Analytics

The App does not use tracking or advertising tools. We do not collect data from the App for personalized advertising purposes.

Our website frame64.fun uses the following tools:

• Umami (self-hosted on our own servers): anonymous visit statistics, such as pages viewed, sections seen and the ad or link you came from. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally, so it runs for every visitor.
• Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): measures the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram, for example when you click "Order" or complete a purchase. It uses cookies and only runs if you accept them in the cookie banner.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): heatmaps and anonymised session recordings that show how the website is used, so we can improve it. Text you type is masked. It uses cookies and only runs if you accept them in the cookie banner.
• Shopify: processes orders and payments on our checkout. If you accept cookies, the checkout also reports completed purchases to Meta.

The legal basis for Meta and Clarity is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which shows the cookie banner again. Meta and Microsoft may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
